Thanks so much for considering us as your pups home away from home and we can't wait to meet you and your furry friend. Before your dog is ready to come and stay with us for the first time, there are a couple of things things we require to everyones happiness and safety. Don't worry though, it's as easy as 1-2-3: 1. Complete the form below and wait for a call or email from us to set a day and time for your pups evaluation appointment. 2. Bring your dog over for evaluation at the agreed time (there is a $35 charge for half a day of evaluation) and get a tour and meet&great yourself during pick up. 3. Become a part of our Happy Dogs Maui Ohana as soon as your furry pal has passed evaluation and call or text us for boarding appointments whenever your pup needs a home away from home (or even just a quick pupcation).
