Class Sign Up Form

Thanks so much for considering us for your pups education. :) We are excited to offer this special class for Pony's puppies and look forward to have some of the siblings come together again to learn and play! :) There have been 6 of the puppies who's pawrents have shown interest in joining this special group session and 6 is really the maximum number of dog's we can teach at a time, so in order to secure your spot please fill in the registration form below (if you are signing up for more than one dog please complete 2 forms) and please feel free to message me through the contact form if you have any questions.
I have offered Madir a very special rate of $100 per puppy because I know how special Pony and the puppies are to her and because she and Jeff have put so much of their time and money to ensure that this dog family will thrive that I felt like this is the least I can do. You can pay the fee of $100 either via venmo to mail@happydogsmaui.com or cash or with a check at the start of the first lesson.
The following are the details for our Pony Puppy's Group Class:
Class Dates and Times: January 16, January 23, January 30, February 6 at 8.30am
Class Location: Happy Dogs Maui LLC 993C Malaihi Road Wailuku, HI, 96793
For class please make sure your puppy has a well-fitted buckle collar or even better, a harness as well as a four or six-foot leather, nylon or cotton leash. Retractable leashes, chains or ropes are not allowed, neither are choke chains, prong collars, shock collars. Please bring your puppies very favorite treats to class... small, soft, smelly ones like jerky treats, hot dogs, or cheese cut into very small pieces often work well. Also, please do not feed your dog 4 hours prior to class.
All dogs and puppies must be current on their vaccinations, as appropriate to their age. Bordatella (kennel cough vaccination) is recommended, but not required. Please bring proof of vaccinations to your first class. Please make sure that your dog is on flea and/or tick prevention and is free of parasites. Any dog that is ill, has fleas and/or ticks or presents a potential danger to people or other dogs may be asked at the instructor’s discretion not to participate.
To keep everyone safe, please do not bring children younger than five to class. Children between the ages of five and nine may attend with a parent. Children who are ten and older may handle their own dogs at the discretion of the instructors, but a parent must be present. We ask that your children sit quietly and not interact with other dogs during class instruction.
Last but not least, we will have you sign a Release of liability waiver before the start of our first lesson.
And now enough with the organizational stuff... We look forward to meeting you all on January 16!
